HarJiwan has practiced the Maha Bound Lotus Kriya for 31 minutes daily for 13 years & continues to this day. Having Mastered this challenging, life transforming powerful Kriya she is passionate to share this truly beautiful jewel of a Kriya with those who feel drawn to it. The practice of Bound Lotus is deeply HEALING on all levels, incredibly rejuvenating & RESTORATIVE ! When practiced as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Kundalini Yoga it's a lifetime journey that just keeps on giving. HarJiwan will share her personal story on how she came to practice this Kriya & why she continues to this day ..

In this workshop, taking into account HarJiwan extensive background in Pilates Body Conditioning, you'll learn -
